Abstract

This research is a classroom action research. This reeasrch is motivated by the number of students who are not able to reach the KKM anddd less variation in the use of methods or media used. The application of the card assisted IOC learning model can improve student learning outcomes. this can be seen from student learning outcomes carried out in cycles I, II and III. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, test and documentation. During the pre-cycle, the avarge class only reached 71.73 and only 11 students or 42.30 achieved complete learning, but in the irst cycle, using the inside outside circle learning moddels assisted by card meddia, it increased by an average of reaching 75.38 and there are 12 students or 46.15 who achieve complete learning. Continued in the second cycle with an average of 78,36 and 17 students or 65,38 who achieved complete learning. Continued in the third cycle the avarage reached 84,24 and 2 students or 84,61 who achieved completeness. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that by using the IOC learning model with the help ofcard media, it can improve student learning outcomes in islamic religious education subjects and moral character.
