Abstract

To create a balance, when the government provides a policy not to reverse the name before five years which has been implemented by the bank, the government should also provide the same policy to PPAT/Notaries not to accept files even if they use a power of attorney to sell to reverse the name or take over the house. before five years is fulfilled as a take over condition for the tread welfare house
