PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TEPUNG DAUN TITONIA (Tithonia Diversifolia) DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP BOBOT BERAT ORGAN PENCERNAAN AYAM BROILER

Abstract

ABSTRACT

          This study aims to determine the effect of Tithonia Diversifolia Leaf Flour on the weight of proventriculus, ventriculus, small intestine and liver of CP 707 broiler chickens. This research were carri out for 35 days from July to August 2019, in fram have Mr Sudirman's. located in Sungai Jering Village , Central Kuantan District Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research  was carried out experimentally and using Sub-Sampling in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 5 treatments and 4 replications with sub-plots of 4 chickens. The treatment given is R0 = Consumption of ration with TDT 0% R1 = Consumption of ration with TDT 4% R2 = Consumption of ration with TDT 6% R3 = Consumption of ration with TDT 8% R4 = Consumption of ration with TDT 10%, The parameter observed is weighting proventriculus, ventriculus, small intestine and liver. The results showed that the addition of titonia leaf flour had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on proventricular bobobt, ventriculus, small intestine and liver. The best results in this study were in the treatment R3 (8%), namely the weight of proventriculus 17.13 gr, ventricular weight 47.25 gr, small intestine weight 137.50 gr and liver weight 75.4 gr.
